By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Payment

  • A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
  • Payment methods include bank transfer, online payment gateways, or in-person transactions.
  • Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, or unforeseen costs.

2. Cancellation & Refunds

  1. Cancellations must be made in writing.
  2. Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation:
  • 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus service fees
  • 15–29 days: 50% refund
  • Less than 15 days: No refund
  • No refunds for unused services or early departures.

3. Travel Documents & Insurance

  • Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, and permits.
  • We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.

4. Itinerary Changes

  • Safari Tour Office reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or local conditions.
  • We strive to maintain the quality and value of the experience.

5. Liability

  • We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers or unforeseen events.
  • Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk.

6. Guest Conduct

  • Guests must respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
  • Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.

7. Privacy

8. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
