By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Payment
- A booking is confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
- Payment methods include bank transfer, online payment gateways, or in-person transactions.
- Prices are subject to change based on availability, exchange rates, or unforeseen costs.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Refunds depend on the timing of cancellation:
- 30+ days before departure: Full refund minus service fees
- 15–29 days: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days: No refund
- No refunds for unused services or early departures.
3. Travel Documents & Insurance
- Guests are responsible for valid passports, visas, and permits.
- We recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering health, accidents, and trip cancellations.
4. Itinerary Changes
- Safari Tour Office reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety, or local conditions.
- We strive to maintain the quality and value of the experience.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for injury, loss, or damage caused by third-party providers or unforeseen events.
- Participation in adventure activities is at your own risk.
6. Guest Conduct
- Guests must respect local customs, laws, and fellow travelers.
- Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the tour without refund.
7. Privacy
- Personal data is handled according to our [Privacy Policy].
- We do not share or sell your information without consent.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal.
- Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Chitwan, Nepal.
